createCustomConnectorFork
Creates a tenant connector that stacks on another connector's version (a fork) with an empty overlay. Its draft follows the base; edit it with updateCustomConnectorDraft like any draft. A taken key fails with KEY_TAKEN, as createCustomConnector does.
