retryProvisioningOperations
Request a retry of many FAILED operations: the named ones, or every FAILED operation the filter
matches. Returns at once whatever the size, and each operation is retried in the background as the
requester. One that cannot be retried records why on its row (retry_refusal_code). Password
changes, and operations whose failed items were already retried as a new operation, are not matched. With approved_count, more matches refuse the request with 409 approved_count_exceeded
and the matched count in extensions.context.matched. A malformed input or filter is a 400
invalid_input or invalid_filter.
