CustomConnectorImportInput

Imports a pack document as a draft. The target's key replaces the document's (the manifest key follows) before validation, so a key issue is reported against target.create.key. A create target's name is the connector's one name: the connector's name, manifest.name and the name in its exports; a replace keeps the draft's name, so re-importing the pack a connector was created from changes nothing. Never sets system ownership or provenance and never touches test_run_config_json.
