PasswordRequirements

What a new password must meet: the strictest of Owlie's rules (when the change writes the Owlie password), each account's own rules, each account's field limits, and the 1024 characters a password change takes at most. classes counts the character classes (lowercase, uppercase, digit, other) a password needs; 0 when no rule asks.
