The identities the reason names that still exist and the viewer can read, in candidate order: the ones an AMBIGUOUS match could not choose between, the terminated identity of a TERMINATED_MATCH, and the identity that signs in with the address of a LOGIN_EMAIL_MATCH. ASSIGN accepts any of them, whatever its status. Empty for NO_MATCH, REMOVED_IDENTITY and NON_PERSON.
