Goal
Define Owlie roles and what each role can do.

Success criteria
You can assign the correct role for each user or group.
Roles
- Admin: Full configuration access and approval management.
- Auditor: Read access to evidence and audit views.
- Requester: Can create access requests.
Permissions
- Configuration changes are restricted to Admin.
- Evidence export is restricted to Admin and Auditor.
Example
Assign Auditor role to a compliance user so they can view evidence but cannot change configurations.
Troubleshooting
- If a user cannot access a page, confirm their role assignment.
