Owlie Expert Services
Get Owlie running without building an implementation team.
Our identity engineers work directly with your team to migrate existing systems, onboard applications, configure governance, and launch Owlie. Every engagement is fixed-scope and ends with a hand-off.
01
The contrast
A different delivery model.
Rolling out a legacy IGA suite means hiring the people who roll out legacy IGA suites. This is the product team instead.
- Who delivers
Legacy A systems integrator

- Duration
Legacy Quarters
Owlie Weeks
- Pricing model
Legacy Time and materials
Owlie Fixed fee, fixed scope
- What you own at the end
Legacy A project that never quite closes

Choose how we help
Choose how we help.
Three engagement models, each fixed in scope and fixed in fee. Expert Services is an add-on to an Owlie subscription, not a plan tier — nothing here changes what your plan includes. Launch and Migrate are alternatives; Train adds to either. Custom connectors are in scope for Launch and Migrate.
Launch
Net-newGet from contract to production.
We establish the foundation of your Owlie environment and launch your first production use cases.
Scope
- Identity sources (AD / Entra / Okta / Workday)
- Up to 10 applications
- Access model and approval workflows
- Provisioning policies
- First access review
- Production readiness
Migrate
ReplacementLeave your old IGA platform behind.
Moving off an existing IGA platform shouldn’t mean rebuilding your identity program from scratch. We migrate applications, governance processes, policies, workflows, and integrations into Owlie, validate in parallel, and cut over.
Scope
- Sources: SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow, Saviynt, Oracle OIG, Okta IGA, or homegrown
- Environment assessment
- Connector coverage, rebuilt where no catalog connector exists
- Identity and access-model mapping against the legacy export
- Workflows and policies rebuilt as Owlie approval flows and OXL
- Legacy campaign evidence archived
- Parallel validation
- Cutover
- Legacy decommission
Train
Add-onOwn it after we hand it off.
Your admins leave certified, your end users get a rollout kit, your team has the runbook.
Scope
- Admin certification
- End-user launch kit
- Runbook walkthrough
- OXL policy authoring session
What moves in a migration.
What a migration can carry across depends on the source platform. This is the shape of it. There is no one-click migration, and nothing moves without being re-sourced or rebuilt and then validated against what you had.
| Object type | How it moves |
|---|---|
| Identities | AssistedRe-sourced from your identity systems, mapped against the legacy export |
| Entitlements | AssistedRe-discovered by connectors, reconciled against the legacy inventory |
| Connectors | Assisted / RebuiltAssisted where a catalog connector exists; rebuilt on Connector Gateway or the SDK where none does |
| Roles | AssistedMapped onto Owlie’s access model |
| Workflows and policies | RebuiltAs Owlie approval flows and OXL policies |
| SoD rules | RebuiltAs deny policies |
| Campaign history | ArchivedHanded over as legacy evidence, not imported into Owlie |

How it works
How it works.
Four beats, and you know what you are on the hook for at each one.
Understand
We map your identity environment, applications, workflows, policies, and migration requirements.
You provide
System inventory, access to stakeholders, current policies.
Build
We configure the platform and integrate your systems alongside your team.
You provide
Connector credentials, a technical counterpart.
Launch
We validate, migrate production workloads, and complete cutover.
You provide
Sign-off on validation, a cutover window.
Hand off
Your team owns the environment. Runbook delivered, engagement access revoked, engagement closed.
You provide
The admin team for certification.
Weeks, not quartersEvery engagement is time-boxed and ends with a hand-off.

05
At hand-off
What you get at hand-off.
Not a report on work we did. The things you own afterwards.
- Live connectors
- Your policies in OXL, under version control
- A completed first access reviewWith Launch
- A certified admin teamWith Train
- A runbook for your environment
- Revoked engagement access
The goal isn’t to keep consultants around.
Every implementation teaches us something. When our engineers hit repetitive implementation work, it becomes product functionality, automation, a connector, or better tooling. Expert Services exists to accelerate your identity program, not to make you dependent on services.

Engagement shapes
Engagement shapes.
Illustrative shapes an engagement takes, written to show scope. They are not delivered customer stories.
Replace SailPoint
Migrate governed applications, rebuild lifecycle workflows, validate access models, retire the platform.
Launch IGA
Connect Workday, Entra ID, and core SaaS; establish lifecycle automation; run the first access review.
Clear an onboarding backlog
Bring unmanaged applications into governance in a single fixed-scope Launch.
Certify the admin team
A Train package after a self-serve deployment.
07
Who does the work
Who does the work.
Engagements are run by Owlie identity engineers — the people who build the platform — together with vetted delivery engineers working under Owlie’s direction, to Owlie’s standards, on Owlie’s plan. You get one team and one point of accountability, not a hand-off to someone else’s project.
Everyone who touches your environment is named. Their access is scoped to what the engagement needs, time-boxed to its length, and revoked at hand-off. From that point the environment is operated by your team.
08
Common questions
Common questions.
Do we need a systems integrator?
No. Owlie identity engineers do the work alongside your team, against a fixed scope and a fixed fee.
What if we have more than 10 applications?
We scope it on a call. Applications past the ten in Launch are a per-application add-on to the same engagement.
Can you migrate our role model, campaign history, or SoD rules?
It depends on the source. The table above says which object types we re-source with you, which we rebuild in Owlie, and which are archived as legacy evidence rather than imported. Campaign history is one of the archived ones. Per-source migration guides are coming.
Who has access to our environment during the engagement?
Named engineers, with access scoped to what the engagement needs and time-boxed to its length. Access is revoked at hand-off.
Can you stay on after launch?
No. Every engagement ends with a hand-off. Ongoing help after that is premium support.

Starting an IGA program, replacing a platform, or sitting on a backlog of ungoverned applications: we’ll find the fastest path.
